Baker campuses see enrollment increase

Baker University’s overall enrollment climbed to 3,932, according to 20th day enrollment figures released last week. The number topped last year’s enrollment of 3,261, partly because Baker now includes nondegree-seeking students in its enrollment figures.

At the main campus in Baldwin, enrollment was up from 916 last year to 923 students.

The number of students enrolled at the School of Professional and Graduate Studies and the School of Education based in Overland Park is 2,865. That marked an increase from 2,210 last year.

The School of Nursing at Stormont-Vail HealthCare in Topeka has 144 students this fall, up from 135 students last year.
