¢ University Bridge Club announces winners of its Sept. 6 game. Hosts were Dale and Wanda Kring.

Blue winners were Bebe Huxtable, first; Paul Jordan, second; Mary Joslin, third; Harold Riehm, fourth; and Tom Waller, fifth.

Pink winners were Donna Riehm, first; Myrna Ikenberry, second; Florence McNicoll, third; Cathy Waller, fourth; and Virginia Williams, fifth.

The Wednesday Afternoon Bridge Club played a stratified Mitchell movement at seven tables on Aug. 30, directed by Virginia Seaver. Suzanne Wassmer and Wanda Durbin led the North-South pairs, winning first in A, followed by Virginia Seaver and Carol Ball who won second in A. Sally Davis and Phyllis Brownlee won third in A and first in B and C. Playing East-West, Dave Piro and Paul Heitzman won first in A and Yvonne Hedges and Sally Taylor won second in A and first in B. Mona Bell and Nita Scales won first in C, second in B and third in A.

On Sept. 6, the club played a stratified Mitchell movement at six and a half tables directed by Virginia Seaver. Grant Sutton and Harry Shaffer won first in A and B playing North-South. Virginia Seaver and Madelyn Jenks won second in A and Yvonne Hedges and Sally Taylor won third in A and second in B. Pat Musick and Ann Thompson won first in C. Playing East-West, Dave Piro and Paul Heitzman won first in A and Eldon Herd and Shirlie Vaughn won second in A and first in B. Cathy Blumenfeld and Lois Clark won first in C, second in B and third in A.

The Wednesday Evening Bridge Club played a stratified Howell movement at three and half tables on Aug. 30.

The game was directed by Don Brennaman. Jeanne Landry and Jo Andersen won first in A, followed by Bobbie McCorkle and Don Brennaman, who won second in A and first in B. Emily Foster and Al Ballard won first in C, second in B and third in A.

The Friday Afternoon Bridge Club played a stratified Mitchell movement at 10 tables on Sept. 1. The game was directed by Don Brennaman. Playing North-South, Virginia Seaver and Sally Taylor won first in A. Klee Zaricky and Chuck Hedges won second in A and first in B, followed by Phyllis Brownlee and Julia Brooks, who won third in A and second in B. Wanna Roszel and Janice Hollowell won first in C.

At East-West, Grant Sutton and Vince Russo won first in A. Nita Scales and Carol Ball won second in A and first in B and C. Cathy Blumenfeld and Lois Clark won third in A and second in B and C.

On Sept. 8, the club played a stratified Mitchell movement at eight tables directed by Don Brennaman. Playing North-South, Kent McCullough and Clyde Romer won first in A and B. Lois Clark and Harry Shaffer were second in A and B and Sally Taylor and Chris Lane won third. Linda Swain and Linda Randall won first in C.

At East-West, Grant Sutton and Vince Russo won first in A. Paul Heitzman and Dave Piro won second and Yvonne Hedges and Shirley Reese won third in A and first in B. Madelyn Jenks and Mona Bell won first in C and second in B.

Kent McCullough and Larry Bodle won first in A at North-South, followed by Virginia Seaver and Julia Brooks who won second. Lester Dalton and Mary Fenlon won third in A. Donna Munson and Pat Lombardi won first in B, followed by Grant Sutton and Harry Shaffer, who won second in B. Chuck Hedges and Shirlie Vaughn won first in C. At East-West, Judy Bevan and Shari Krentzel won first in A, B and C. Lois Jones and Jeff Nash won second in A and Yvonne Hedges and Sally Taylor were third in A and second in B.

At East-West, Dorothy Netson and Barbara Merriam won first in A, followed by Kent McCullough and Larry Bodle, who won second. Shirlie Vaughn and Sally Taylor won third in A. Linda Swain and Linda Randall won first in B and C.
