Soybean futures increased while grains finished mostly lower Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for December delivery fell 7 cents to $3.90 1/2 a bushel; December corn fell 1/2 cent to $2.37 1/4 bushel; December oats rose 3 cents to $1.99 3/4 a bushel; November soybeans rose 4 3/4 cents to $5.45 1/4 a bushel.

Beef futures decreased, while pork futures were mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

October live cattle fell 1.07 cent to 89.25 cents a pound; October feeder cattle fell 1.45 cent to $1.1530 a pound; October lean hogs fell 1.17 cent to 64.75 cents a pound; February pork bellies rose 1.22 cent to 89.45 cents a pound.
