“We have had the opportunity to win in four out of the five games,” coach Mike Grossner said. “Two of our losses have come with less than two minutes left. We need to finish and get off to a better start.”

Now the struggling Wildcats must face Missouri Valley, the top-ranked team in the Heart of America Athletic Conference. The Vikings (5-0) are ranked No. 10 in this week’s NAIA poll.

Kickoff for BU’s homecoming game will be at 2 p.m. at Liston Stadium.

The Wildcats will be seeking their first victory on the new artificial surface at their home field. Baker is 0-2 at Liston Stadium, losing to Graceland and Evangel.

“Our team needs to play a solid game in all aspects to regain some of its swagger,” Grossner said.
