Baldwin ? Douglas County State Lake remains closed to fishing, but repairs have been made and several species of fish have been stocked.

There currently is about 10 acres of water in the basin.

Fathead minnows were stocked Aug. 2. This past week, the following fish were stocked – 15,600 bluegill, 4,000 redear sunfish, 1,250 channel catfish and 200 intermediate largemouth bass.

The lake was drained last fall so the dam and water-control equipment could be repaired.
