Tax piracy?
To the editor:
First another stolen pirate flag, now my shorts are being yanked up by the old yard arm. I’d like to personally thank all those responsible for my latest Xmas present: the local, county and state governments for the 22 percent property tax increase in the past two years (almost 10 percent this year alone). Aargh : However, I am too busy with the family move. Oh yeah, we’ll be the family living in a van – DOWN BY THE RIVER!!!
