Families and children of all ages can find out what the first Thanksgiving was really like in a Watkins Community Museum of History program, “T Is for Thanksgiving.”

The free event will feature storytime, arts and crafts from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Nov. 18.

The Watkins Community Museum of History is operated by the Douglas County Historical Society, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the collection, preservation, and dissemination of Douglas County history.
