Fine artists are invited to participate in this year’s Lawrence ArtWalk, the annual self-guided tour of Lawrence artists’ studios and other art spaces.

This will be the 12th year for the event, which is scheduled for Oct. 28-29. Participating artists exhibit and sell their work from the comfort of their own homes or studios while meeting customers and browsers in person.

There are three participation categories: solo artist or group of artists; studio with commercial gallery space, which includes production studios; and collectives, which includes artists’ groups.

Artists must be residents of Douglas County or have a Lawrence address for their studio or place of work, and display only their own original artwork.

A featured artist will be selected by a panel of judges, and their work will be used in promotional materials. This artist will be compensated.
