Members of the Alford Clarke Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 852 will celebrate the post’s 75th anniversary this evening.

The ceremony will begin at 6:45 p.m. at 138 Ala.

Post members will honor their 50- to 60-year members. They also are scheduled to receive a certificate on behalf of the post from state officers.

Also, new post and auxiliary officers will be installed for 2006-2007.
