March of Dimes walk tonight at Clinton
More than 70 teams and hundreds of individual walkers will begin the 36th Annual Lawrence WalkAmerica to benefit the March of Dimes this evening at Clinton Lake State Park.
Registration will begin at 5 p.m. A program will start at 5:30 p.m., and the walk will begin at 6 p.m.
The walk will help cover the needs of prematurely born babies, which is the leading cause of death for newborns in the United States.
