Chicago Board of Trade

Soybean futures increased Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade, while grain futures finished mostly lower. Wheat for May delivery fell 3 1/4 cents to $3.49 1/4 a bushel; May corn fell 1 cent to $2.22 1/2 a bushel; May oats rose 3 1/2 cents to $1.73 3/4 a bushel; May soybeans rose 1 3/4 cent to $5.77 a bushel. Beef futures declined on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, while pork futures ended the session mixed. April live cattle fell .50 cent to 82.97 cents a pound; April feeder cattle fell 1.15 cent to $1.0582 a pound; April lean hogs fell 1.05 cent to 57.20 cents a pound.
