Chicago Board of Trade

Soybean futures increased Tuesday on the Chicago Board of Trade, while grain futures finished mostly higher. Wheat for May delivery rose 2 1/4 cents to $3.52 1/2 a bushel; May corn rose 5 1/4 cents to $2.23 1/2 a bushel; May oats fell 1/2 cent to $1.70 1/4 a bushel; May soybeans rose 2 3/4 cents to $5.75 1/4 a bushel. Beef futures advanced on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, while pork futures declined. April live cattle rose .12 cent to 83.47 cents a pound; April feeder cattle rose .07 cent to $1.0697 a pound; April lean hogs fell .75 cent to 58.25 cents a pound; May pork bellies fell .37 cent to 84.15 cents a pound.
