The Kansas Wildlife and Parks Commission will conduct a public meeting and hearing Thursday at the Kansas History Center in Topeka.

The afternoon session will begin at 1:30 p.m. The evening session will start at 7 p.m.

Time will be set aside in both sessions for public comment on topics not on the agenda.
