Kampala, Uganda ? At least 27 people were killed Wednesday when a brick wall of a church under construction collapsed on the congregation during an evening thunderstorm. At least 20 others were injured.

Parishioners had set up a wood-and-tin shack inside the unfinished structure so they could conduct service. Rescue personnel said they believed all the victims had been removed from the debris.
