As the season of Lent begins today, many churches will conduct Ash Wednesday services. They include:

¢ First Baptist Church, 1330 Kasold Drive, 7 p.m.

¢ First United Methodist Church, 946 Vt., 7 p.m.

¢ St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 1234 Ky., 7 a.m., 12:10 p.m. and 7 p.m.

¢ St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church, 5700 W. Sixth St., 7 a.m., noon and 7 p.m.

¢ Trinity Episcopal Church, 1011 Vt., 7 a.m., noon and 5:30 p.m.

¢ Trinity Lutheran Church, 1245 N.H., 10 a.m. and 7 p.m., with a meal from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.

¢ West Side Presbyterian Church, 1024 Kasold Drive, 6:30 p.m.
