Pet responsibility
To the editor:
I hope this letter will be read by the lady that hit and killed the little gray and white cat Sunday morning. I know it will be on your mind for some time.
Don’t blame yourself. A responsible pet owner does not let their cats and dogs run free. The fault lies with them. That little cat did not have to die.
