Sunflower Outdoor & Bike Shop will hold its annual free clinic “The Tour de France for Dummies” at 8 p.m. Thursday at the store, 804 Mass.

The focus of the clinic will be to educate cyclists and non-cyclists alike in the different competitive aspects of the Tour de France.

This year’s Tour starts Saturday.
