Cub Scout Pack 3077, chartered to Sunflower School PTO, had a campout May 20-21 at Camp Bromelsick. About 20 Scouts, siblings, parents and leaders attended. Activities included fishing, raingutter raft races, and building and launching 2-liter pop bottle rockets.

Boy Scout Troop 64, chartered to the Eudora Lion’s Club, attended the Pelathe District spring camporee May 12-14 at Camp Bromelsick. Scouts who attended were Tom Stanley, Jonathan Morrison, Dylan Lathrom, Tyler Lathrom, Nathan Bradley, Connor Bradley, Andrew Briery, Devon Middleton, Alex Whitten, Andrew McLees, Joseph Walker, Colin Forsberg, Steven Wimmer, Hawley Montgomery, Lyle Howell and Jeffrey Moses. They were accompanied by Glenn Jackson, Jerry Criqui, John Scott, Roy Wimmer, Jim Briery and Bryan Howell.

Troop members Joseph Walker, Tyler Lathrom and Lyle Howell were called out during the campfire and will do their ordeal for the Order of the Arrow later this summer at Camp Theodore Naish Scout Reservation in Bonner Springs.
