Wal-Mart TechTank in Lawrence today
The Wal-Mart TechTank Tour stops today in Lawrence.
From 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., people interested in seeing Rivert International products – such as lanyards and other equipment for earphones, iPods and other audio items – can stop by the company’s high-visibility “technology showcase” in the store’s parking lot at 3300 Iowa St.
At night, the TechTank – a converted big-rig truck – will be the base for a “drive-in movie theater experience,” featuring a 24-foot inflatable screen, FM modulator and large searchlights.
