EL DORADO ? Untimely errors and an inability to generate enough offense caught up with the Lawrence Bandits on Saturday night in a 4-3 loss to Manhattan at the Kansas Class A American Legion baseball tournament.

The Bandits’ only runs came in the bottom of the fifth inning, when E.J. Swanson delivered a three-run double to knot the score at 3.

The Bandits will play again at noon today against the Olathe South/Hays winner for the right to face Manhattan in the championship round.
