Soybean futures declined Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade, while grain futures finished mixed.

Wheat for September delivery rose 3/4 cent to $4.07 1/4 a bushel; September corn fell 5 1/4 cents to $2.37 1/4 a bushel; September oats fell 3 1/2 cents to $1.89 3/4 a bushel; August soybeans fell 7 1/4 cents to $5.77 a bushel.

Beef futures increased on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, while pork futures retreated.

August live cattle rose .42 cent to 84.27 cents a pound; August feeder cattle rose .35 cent to $1.1562 a pound; August lean hogs fell .03 cent to 67.37 cents a pound; August pork bellies fell .82 cent to 91.85 cents a pound.
