Topeka ? Scott Heitshusen struck out nine in 51â3 scoreless innings and hit a two-run home run to lead the Lawrence Raiders to a 9-0 baseball victory Saturday over the Topeka Giants.

Offensively, the Raiders were led by Travis Ice (3-for-4, two runs), Kyle Cross (2-for-3, double, RBI), Lorenzo Ricketts (two runs), and Brett Lisher (two runs).

The Raiders were 9-1 winners over the Topeka Giants on Friday. Ice was 3-for-5 with two RBIs; Rickett 2-for-3, Tyler Knight 3-for-4 with a home run and two RBIs, John Novotny was 2-for-4, and Cross was 3-for-3 with two RBIs. Travis Blankenship (5-2) earned the victory.

The Raiders (24-5) will play at 7 tonight at Emporia.
