A man accused of using a bogus “mustard heir” story to bilk merchants in three counties, including Douglas, of about $25,000 worth of property pleaded guilty to the charges in district court here. Dist. Atty. Mike Malone said Rodney R. Moquin pleaded guilty to five felony charges stemming from the swindle.
