Chicago ? Ozzie Guillen, the Venezuelan-born manager of the World Series champion Chicago White Sox, will celebrate his 42nd birthday Friday by becoming a U.S. citizen. Guillen, his wife, Ibis, and their son Oney will be sworn in by a U.S. District Court judge at a ceremony in Chicago, the White Sox said Thursday.
