Baldwin ? Baker University sophomore punter Ryan Smith, who led the Heart of America Athletic Conference with a 41-yard punting average, received honorable-mention status on the NAIA All-American football squad.

Also, Baker senior defensive back Brett Wahlgren was named an NAIA Football All-America Scholar-Athlete for the third consecutive year. Seth Williams, a junior running back, was a first-time scholar-athlete selection.

Players must have at least a 3.5 grade-point average to make the scholar-athlete team.
