K-State routs Colorado, 85-66

? Twiggy McIntyre scored 22 points, leading Kansas State to an 85-66 victory Saturday over Colorado.

Kansas State (12-1 overall, 2-2 Big 12 Conference) outscored Colorado, 36-6, in the final 10 minutes of the first half. Trailing 22-21 after Colorado’s Yari Escalera made a three-pointer, Kansas State scored the next 17 points.

Jessica McFarland and Claire Coggins each scored 10 points for the Wildcats, and Shalee Lehning finished with 10 assists.

Jasmina Ilic led Colorado (6-10, 1-3) with 14 points.

No. 16 Oklahoma 85, Oklahoma State 51

Stillwater, Okla. – Oklahoma matched its season-high with 13 three-pointers in a romp. Leah Rush had 15 points, and Chelsi Welch had 13 for the Sooners (13-4, 3-0), who finished 13-for-28 from behind the arc. Shaunte Smith had 15 points to lead Oklahoma State (6-9, 0-4).

Texas 63, No. 24 Missouri 54

Austin, Texas – Ashley Lindsey had 15 points and 11 rebounds, and Texas (8-6, 2-2) held Missouri to one point during the final 11 minutes. Carlynn Savant scored 14 to lead Missouri (13-3, 3-1), which twice held leads of 10 points or more in the second half but couldn’t hold on under Texas’ tight defense.

Iowa State 79, Nebraska 57

Ames, Iowa – Lyndsey Medders scored 31 points for Iowa State (11-4, 2-2). Jessica Gerhart led NU (10-5, 2-2) with 12 points.
