What he did: Schreiner averaged 17 ppg over two contests as the Firebirds closed the regular season with two wins. He had a game-high 19 points in Tuesday’s win over Olathe Northwest and followed up with a game-high 15 points in Friday’s victory over Lawrence High.

What she did: Vannicola rolled a 496 series during Saturday’s regional competition at Royal Crest Lanes, earning a spot in this weekend’s state tournament at Wichita. She is now averaging a 154 game this season.
