? Jack Johnson set a school record with nine three-pointers and finished with a game-high 31 points Tuesday night as the Mill Valley boys basketball squad beat Perry-Lecompton, 72-51.

The Jaguars (16-1 overall, 11-0 KVL) took a 35-29 lead at the half before blowing things open with a big third quarter.

“We had five threes in that quarter. That helps,” Mill Valley coach Justin Bogart said.

Cory McPherson and Gabe Gantz each scored 11 for the Kaws (5-12).

Ottawa 82, Wellsville 66

Ottawa – Addison Miller scored 18, leading five Cyclones in double figures. Ottawa (15-2, 9-1 Frontier League) will play Friday at K.C. Sumner. Colin Wright led Wellsville with 24.

K.C. Piper 63, Tonganoxie 46

Tonganoxie – Jeff Hughes led Tongie with 17 points. The Chieftains (0-17) will travel Friday to Mill Valley.

Baldwin 80, Louisburg 76, OT

Baldwin – Aaron Hannon scored 25 for Baldwin (12-5), which will play Friday at Gardner-Edgerton.
