Rockies, Fogg agree

— Pitcher Josh Fogg and the Colorado Rockies agreed to a one-year contract on Thursday. The 29-year-old right-hander spent the last four seasons with Pittsburgh, then became a free agent when the Pirates declined to offer him a contract. He was 6-11 with a 5.05 earned-run average last year.

Sox to visit White House

Chicago - The World Series champion Chicago White Sox will be honored Monday by President Bush during a visit to the White House. The White Sox ended an 88-year championship drought when they swept the Houston Astros.
