Chicago ? The folks at Disney are going for complete saturation today. It will air pregame shows on both ABC and ESPN.

ESPN’s “Sunday NFL Countdown” will be a brisk six-hour affair, beginning at 10 a.m. ABC’s pregame show, kicking off at 1:30 p.m., will seem modest at only 31â2 hours.

The ESPN show is geared to be more inside football. ABC’s also will have plenty of football, but it will look to appeal to a larger audience. In short, Jimmy Kimmel will be seen on ABC and not ESPN.

Here’s a rundown of the hosts, analysts and some of features for both shows. For those viewers who don’t want to be chained to a sofa all day but want to see a certain segment, we have included approximate air times:

ESPN’s “Sunday NFL Countdown,” 10 a.m.-4 p.m.: Hosted by Stuart Scott, with Mike Ditka, Ron Jaworski, Sean Salisbury and Joe Theismann.

11:26 a.m.: Last summer Patriots owner Robert Kraft showed Russian President Vladimir Putin his Super Bowl ring. Putin kept it. Kenny Mayne wages a campaign to get the ring back.

12:16 p.m.: A look back at the 1985 Bears. Of course.

1:14 p.m.: A look at the relationship between Jerome Bettis and Ben Roethlisberger.

ABC’s “Super Bowl XL Pregame Show,” 1:30-5 p.m.: Hosted by Chris Berman, with Michael Irvin, Tom Jackson, Steve Young and Bill Belichick. And don’t forget that five-second tape delay the network has promised.

2:18 p.m.: An interview with former Oakland defensive back Jack Tatum, who had his left leg amputated in 2003 because of complications from diabetes.

3:43 p.m.: Belichick will break down four of the most dominant defenses in Super Bowl history. Surprise, surprise, the ’85 Bears get featured again.

4:16 p.m.: Robin Roberts interviews Mick Jagger. Just a hunch, but he won’t break down the Pittsburgh defense.

4:40 p.m.: Perhaps the highlight of the day. Stevie Wonder does a 10-minute performance on the field.
