Old Home Town - 100 years ago

December 23, 2006

One observer said 'there are too many books being printed and we are having troubles finding where to put them for the best possible use by the most people.' : The proposed raise for Congress pay of $2,500 a year is reasonable providing the officers getting the salary perform well. Observers said both teams played exceptionally well."
