Therapist attends low-vision course
Jennifer Brown, an occupational therapist for TherapyWorks, recently attended a course, “The Medicare Low-Vision Demonstration Project: Training Opportunities.”
The course covered a demonstration project that Medicare has implemented for low vision, with Kansas being one of five states involved.
The course also focused on diseases of the eye, plus coding and billing for occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
