Economic analyst Anthony Redwood of Kansas University told a business conference here that Kansas had an aging work force and that many of its educated young people would continue to leave the state for areas where they could put their training to more profitable use. He said farming had become capital-intensive and that there would be fewer jobs and fewer family farms because of it.
