University Bridge Club announces winners of its Dec. 9 game. Hosts were Willie Stoltenberg with Roy and Wilma Cropp.

Blue winners were Florence McNicoll, first; Walt Hicks, second; Harold Riehm, third; Lois Liebert, fourth; and Roy Cropp, fifth.

Pink winners were Cora Kuepker, first; Virginia Williams, second; Jane Golden, third; Myrna Ikenberry, fourth; and Alice Akin, fifth.

The Wednesday Afternoon Bridge Club played a stratified Mitchell movement at seven and a half tables directed by Virginia Seaver on Dec. 6. Gary Joyce and Mark Osborn won first overall at North-South, winning in A, B and C. Virginia Eddy and Phyllis Brownlee won second in A and B. Third in A went to Ed Howard and Harry Shaffer. Martie Hartmand and Betty Spalsbury won second in C and third in B.

At East-West, Dave Piro and Paul Heitzman won first in A. Carol Ball and Nita Scales won second in A and first in B and C. Betty Collier and Klee Zaricky won third in A and second in B, and Carol Smith and Bebe Huxtable won second in C and third in B.

The Friday Afternoon Bridge Club played a stratified Mitchell movement at nine and a half tables directed by Don Brennaman on Dec. 8. The North-South pairs were led by Lois Clark and Harry Shaffer who won first in A and B. Grant Sutton and James Masilimani won second in A, and Clyde Romer and Kent McCullough won third. Phyllis Brownlee and Virginia Eddy won first in C and second in B.

Suzanne Wassmer and Nita Scales led the East-West pairs, winning first in A, B and C. Mark Osborn and Gary Joyce won second in A and B, followed by Madelyn Jenks and Mona Bell who won third in A and B and second in C.
