KU Women’s Clinic: Kansas University’s women’s basketball team will conduct its annual Holiday Hoops Clinic at noon New Year’s Day in Allen Fieldhouse. Youths in grades K-8 are welcome. The cost of $15 per youth and $20 for youth and adult includes a gift and a ticket to an upcoming game.

Ranked Netter: Alexis Czapinski, coached by Bud Pettit of Lawrence, is No. 48 in the Missouri Valley Heart of America District U-10 girls tennis rankings in her first year of formal competition. A total of 84 girls are ranked.
