This letter is to advise you that Game Nut Entertainment, Inc. was recently contacted by the Douglas County District Attorney’s Office in regards to the promotional giveaway we are offering for the PS3. You are receiving this letter because we have been advised that requiring a person to make a purchase or otherwise pay a fee to participate in a random-chance drawing is prohibited by Kansas law.

Our records reflect that you purchased an item from us between November 28th and December 7th and received a ticket to participate in the giveaway. Because we want to take steps to assure that consumers did not make purchases they would not have otherwise made just to participate in the giveaway, you should feel free to return the

item to Game Nut anytime between now and December 22, 2006. We will gladly refund your money for the purchase. You should bring your receipt when you make your refund request. You will remain as a contestant in the giveaway and your chances of winning will remain the same whether you return the item or not.

We apologize for any inconvenience and for our oversight in setting up the promotion in this way.
