University Bridge Club announces the results of its Nov. 21 meeting. Hosts were Harold and Donna Riehm with Dottie and Hank Miller.

Blue winners were John Golden, first; Ruth Harwood, second; Tom Waller, third; Leo Langlois, fourth; and Willie Stoltenberg, fifth.

Pink winners were Bebe Huxtable, first; Cathy Waller, second; Isabelle Schaake, third; Wanda Kring, fourth; and Jane Golden, fifth.

The Monday Evening Bridge Club played a stratified Mitchell movement at seven tables directed by Virginia Seaver on Nov. 20.

Larry Bodle and Kent McCullough won first in A playing North-South, followed by John Hickey and James Kelley in second place. Bob Hemenway and James Zhang won third in A and first in B and C. Clyde Romer and Vince Nordberg won second in B, and Madelyn Jenks and Phyllis Brownlee won second in C.

Jeane Landry and Lynn Hui led the East-West pairs winning first in A. Jerry Sloan and Lois Clark won second in A, and Virginia Seaver and Paul Heitzman won third. Eldon Herd and Emily Foster won first in B, and Jo Anderson and Pat Musick won first in C.

On Nov. 27, the club played a stratified Mitchell movement at eight and a half tables directed by Virginia Seaver. Playing North-South, Patricia Burgstahler and Martie Hartman won first overall, placing first in A, B and C. Jerry Sloan and Emily Foster won second in A, and Clyde Romer and Jeane Landry won third. Madelyn Jenks and Phyllis Brownlee won second in B and C, followed by Betty Spalsbury and Al Ballard, who placed third in both strata.

Pete Petillo and Ed Howard won first in A playing East-West, followed by Eldon Herd and Lois Clark, who won second in A and first in B. Shari Krentzel and Grant Sutton won first in C, second in B and third in A. Elle and Bobby Patton won second in C.
