George Goode, a 6-foot-8, 205-pound high school senior forward from Raytown, Mo., has orally committed to play basketball at Louisville.

Goode, the No. 97-ranked player in the class of 2007, chose Louisville over Missouri, Marquette, Oklahoma State, Baylor, Texas Tech and others.

Goode committed after his campus visit to Louisville over the weekend.
