Braves’ Ramirez hurt

? Braves pitcher Horacio Ramirez left Monday night’s game against Philadelphia after injuring his left hand in the fifth inning. The nature of the injury wasn’t immediately known. After walking Abraham Nunez to start the fifth, Ramirez delivered a high pitch that bounced off the glove of catcher Brian McCann for a passed ball. The left-hander immediately signaled to the dugout that something was wrong. After flexing his hand for the trainer, he was replaced by Oscar Villareal.
