Chicago Board of Trade

Soybean futures increased Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade, while grain futures finished mostly higher. Wheat for September delivery rose 9 cents to $3.97 1/2 a bushel; September corn rose 1 3/4 cent to $2.39 a bushel; September oats fell 6 cents to $1.89 1/2 a bushel; August soybeans rose 3 cents to $5.79 1/2 a bushel. Beef futures advanced on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, while pork futures declined. August live cattle rose .37 cent to 83.72 cents a pound; August feeder cattle rose .17 cent to $1.1432 a pound; August lean hogs fell .10 cent to 68.55 cents a pound; August pork bellies fell 2.07 cents to 88.05 cents a pound.
