KU women’s lacrosse wins pair at Plains

ST. CHARLES, MO. Kansas University's women's lacrosse club squad split two matches Saturday at the Central Plains women's league championships at Lindenwood University.
KU lost its opener to Lindenwood, 12-5. Lisa Allen scored three goals for the KU club.
In the third-place match, the KU club routed Truman State, 11-4. Allen scored four goals for the Jayhawks.
KU was 9-3 in the spring season and 18-5 for the year.
Indy CC signs Reschke
Lawrence High senior Cameron Reschke has signed a football letter of intent with Independence Community College. Reschke is a 5-foot-8, 180-pound lineman.
