Chicago Board of Trade

Soybean futures declined Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade, while grain futures finished mostly lower. Wheat for May delivery fell 1 3/4 cent to $3.53 a bushel; May corn fell 2 3/4 cents to $2.35 3/4 a bushel; May oats rose 1/2 cent to $1.72 a bushel; May soybeans fell 2 3/4 cents to $5.71 1/4 a bushel. Pork futures increased on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, while beef futures retreated. June live cattle fell 1.05 cent to 75.22 cents a pound; May feeder cattle fell .95 cent to $1.0375 a pound; May lean hogs rose .55 cent to 65.05 cents a pound; May pork bellies rose .98 cent to 78.47 cents a pound.
