Chaney has 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. She handles land investments and residential property brokerage.

¢ Bob Scanlon has been named business development director of Peoples Bank’s mortgage department. Scanlon previously coached financial professionals across the country with Building Champions, a business and life coaching and sales training organization.

He works from Peoples Bank in Albuquerque, N.M., but his duties include the recruiting, hiring, training, strategic planning and other business development efforts of Peoples Bank mortgage originators, including those in Lawrence.
