Chicago Board of Trade

Grain and soybean futures increased Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for May delivery rose 4 1/4 cents to $3.47 a bushel; May corn rose 1 3/4 cent to $2.36 1/4 a bushel; May oats rose 1 cent to $1.74 1/2 a bushel; May soybeans rose 2 3/4 cents to $5.61 1/2 a bushel. Beef futures advanced on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, while pork futures finished mixed. June live cattle rose .92 cent to 74.05 cents a pound; May feeder cattle rose 1.17 cent to $1.004 a pound; May lean hogs fell .10 cent to 63.42 cents a pound; May pork bellies rose 1.27 cent to 79.60 cents a pound.
