Soybean futures declined Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade, while grain futures finished mostly lower.

Wheat for December delivery fell 4 1/2 cents to $3.22 3/4 a bushel; December corn fell 1 1/4 cent to $2.06 1/2 a bushel; December oats rose 1 1/4 cent to $1.59 a bushel; November soybeans fell 11 1/2 cents to $5.68 3/4 a bushel.

Beef and pork futures increased on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. October live cattle rose .87 cent to 86.37 cents a pound; October feeder cattle rose .60 cent to $1.1362 a pound; October lean hogs rose .60 cent to 64.42 cents a pound; February pork bellies rose .45 cent to 81.12 cents a pound.
