¢ Tuttle-Reichert Champs: Brian Tuttle and Van Reichert combined to shoot a 143 and win Saturday’s Jayhawk Golf Club two-man net blind-draw tournament at Alvamar. Tuttle carded 68 and Reichert 75. Runners-up were Gavin Gilchrist (72) and Steve Crawford (72) at 144. Two duos shared third place with 147s – Curt Anderson (73) and Don Schulenberg (74), and Pete Whitenight (71) and Rob Werling (76).

¢ Hole-in-One: Daniel Ellis of Louisville, Ky., used a 6-iron to ace the 182-yard No. 4 hole at Alvamar Golf Course during last month’s BNSF Tournament. Witnesses were Tom Poor, Jeremy Hammett and Michael Mills.

In the Labor Day event, Paul Heitzman of Eudora also earned age-group gold. In the Gold 5K, Lawrence’s Fran Breslauer won her age division, as did Wally Brawner of Tonganoxie.
