St. Patrick’s Day aid applicants sought
Now is the time to apply to be considered as the beneficiary for the 2006 Lawrence St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee.
Since its inception, the parade committee has provided more than $335,000 to local children’s charities. Applications for the next children’s charity to be the beneficiary will be taken by the committee until Nov. 4.
Applications can be downloaded at www.lawrencestpatricksdayparade.com. They also can be picked up at the following locations: McDonald Chiropractic Clinic, 953 E. 23rd St.; Cottin’s Coast to Coast Hardware, 1832 Mass.; and KLWN/KLZR, 3125 W. Sixth St.

A decision about the beneficiary will be announced Nov. 15.
