Injury Accident

¢ Police were investigating just before 11 p.m. Thursday an accident near the intersection of 23rd and New Hampshire streets. According to a dispatcher, emergency workers said two people involved had minor injuries. Police blocked eastbound lanes near 23rd and Massachusetts streets while investigating. Additional information was unavailable.

Burglaries, thefts reported

¢ A 59-year-old Lawrence man reported the theft of $1,520 of drills, saws and hardware. The theft happened some time Oct. 2 in the 2900 block of Iris Lane.
