Chicago Board of Trade

Soybean futures retreated Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade, while grain futures finished mostly lower.

Wheat for December delivery fell 4 cents to $3.43 1/2 a bushel; December corn fell 2 1/4 cents to $2.03 1/2 a bushel; December oats rose 1/4 cent to $1.71 a bushel; November soybeans fell 3/4 cent to $5.88 1/4 a bushel.

Beef futures increased on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, while pork futures finished mixed.

December live cattle rose .75 cent to 91.95 cents a pound; November feeder cattle rose 1.05 cent to $1.1787 a pound.
