Kansas University's Student Legislative Advisory Board will host a forum on the so-called Taxpayers' Bill of Rights at 7 p.m. Thursday, in the Big 12 Room of the Kansas Union.
Speakers will include Rep. Jim Ward, D-Wichita, Rep. Tim Owens R-Overland Park, and Alan Cobb of Americans for Prosperity.
The measure, called TABOR, would change the Kansas Constitution to enact spending and tax limits.
Each panelist will speak about TABOR and there will be an extensive question and answer session.
The event is free and open to the public.
